Come Fly With Me

A hundred times a day!!!! No wonder the universe reveled itself to him the way it did. One hundred times!!! Every day!!!

Inspired by Mr. Einstein I began to do the same. For the past month I’ve been intentionally exerting gratitude (at least) one hundred times every day. And I’m FLYING!!!! I feel so happy. So alive. So wonderful that I just had to share this with others.

This is an invitation to join me in creating an international community of  1000 men and women committed to dedicating 30 days to expressing gratitude and appreciation 10 times a day.

The Benefits of Practicing Gratitude

There are countless benefits to the practice of gratitude. Ranging from improving our physical and mental well being to manifesting our life goals and aspiration. I can’t promise you anything except a feeling of immediate overwhelming joy, a feeling that follows an intentional practice of gratitude.

Gratitude and Love

It’s no wonder that gratitude has the potential to transform our lives. If you think about it, each moment of expressing gratitude expend our hearts, reminds us of the abundance of beauty and kindness that life offers us and reminds us of our inherent goodness. The practice of gratitude intentionally brings about an energy of love to our lives and, as we all know, the power of love does change the world.

Gratitude and the present moment

When we practice gratitude we are at peace with what is. We are appreciating people and situations in our lives and accept things as they are. We’re not grasping or resisting. We are reminded that everything is already perfect the way is is. We just… are…

Gratitude and  Oneness 

But it’s even more than that.  Every time we authentically feel gratitude we are being reminded of the interconnected nature of everything. We remember that we are not separated from anything or anyone. We are the trees and the flowers, the mountains and rivers and all the beautiful beings we feel gratitude towards. When we truly feel gratitude we glimpse our true nature. We glimpse oneness. We stand at the gateway to the ultimate wisdom. When we authentically feel gratitude the universe reveals itself to us, the same way it did to Albert Einstein.

Join us for a Gratitude Challenge 

This is an invitation to join me on a gratitude adventure. The intention is to create an international community of (at least) 1000 men and women that together will take on a commitment to practice gratitude 10 times a day for 30 consecutive days. A community of like minded people can share with and support each other, create a critical change in collective consciousness and support countless others who do not practice.

There are different ways to daily practice of gratitude. And countless things to be grateful for. You can chose one method or alternate between the methods or share others methods that I didn’t mention.. The important thing is to set the intention to stop ten times every day and just be grateful and appreciative for someone or something.

It is my responsibility to daily remind us to be grateful via this blog, twitter and a facebook designated page, however, this is an invitation for all of us to contribute, inspire, share and support each other.
